How do the SF Sups keep their jobs?

Because they know something none of us are willing to admit publicly. In general, San Franciscians view themselves at victims. And people with this mindset are exactly what liberal politicians relish because they can leverage that attitude into a long and lucrative career in politics.

Chris Daly, Jake McGoldrick, Ross Mirkarimi and Tom Ammiano can do what they do because they know San Franciscians want to be treated as dependents of their city government. Just ask any drug dealer, prostitute or homeless guy in Chris Daly's district. I'm sure none of them are interested in actually pulling themselves up and working hard to create a better life for themselves or their community.
